Italy
Italy is a peninsula stretching into the Mediterranean, from the Alps to Sicily, with nearly 800 islands. It has more UNESCO World Heritage Sites than almost any other country. This is one of the largest galleries on the site, built over trips from 1989 to 2025: Rome, Florence, Venice, Milan and Naples, the Italian lakes, Tuscany and Umbria, Apulia with Alberobello and the Gargano, the Amalfi Coast, the Cinque Terre, Sardinia and the Maddalena archipelago, Sicily and many other towns.
