Iceland

Iceland is a Nordic island country on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, between the North Atlantic and the Arctic Ocean, shaped by volcanoes, glaciers and geothermal activity. This gallery was photographed in 2003 along the south coast and the Golden Circle: Reykjavik, the Blue Lagoon, Geysir, Gullfoss, the waterfalls of Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss, Vík, the glaciers of Mýrdalsjökull and Skaftafell, and the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon.
