Rouen, France
Rouen, on the Seine, is the capital of Normandy. Its Gothic cathedral, painted many times by Monet, its half-timbered houses, the Gros-Horloge and the square where Joan of Arc was burned in 1431 make it one of the great historic cities of France. Photos taken in 2008.
