Bourges, France
Bourges, prefecture of the Cher on the Yèvre, was the capital of the former province of Berry. Its old town of half-timbered houses is dominated by the Cathedral of Saint-Étienne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Palais Jacques-Cœur. Photos taken in 2008, with sub-galleries on both monuments.
