By candlelight, Saint Peter and an angel holding a torch visit the martyr Agatha in her cell to heal her wounds, in a dramatic chiaroscuro inspired by Caravaggio. Painted by the French artist Simon Vouet during his Italian years, it belongs to the Galleria Regionale della Sicilia.
