Blue Neoclassical Room – Palazzo dei Normanni, Palermo

Blue walls painted with slender columns, candelabra and floating figures in the Pompeian manner surround a ceiling with a flying nymph. This neoclassical decoration of the early 19th century belongs to the apartments of the Bourbon kings.
