A climbing stem of white clematis (Clematis patens) bears buds and leaves, painted lightly in watercolour on brown paper. It is one of the works of the Japanese painter O'Tama Kiyohara (1861–1939), wife of the Palermo sculptor Vincenzo Ragusa, shown at the Royal Palace in 2020 from the Palermo museum named after the couple.
