Two pale blue clematis flowers (Clematis patens) open beside a bud among heart-shaped leaves in this watercolour on paper. It is one of the works of the Japanese painter O'Tama Kiyohara (1861–1939), wife of the Palermo sculptor Vincenzo Ragusa, shown at the Royal Palace in 2020 from the Palermo museum named after the couple.
