One of the largest gaming boards known today, made of ivory, bone and precious woods partly stained green, open on its backgammon side, with scenes of knights and ladies carved along the frame. Made in Burgundy or Flanders around 1450–1480, it offered chess or draughts on the outside and tric-trac on the inside.
