The Virgin stands on a pedestal, gazing up at the dove of the Holy Spirit, surrounded by six saints in a luminous landscape with the convent of Monte Senario in the distance. Painted by Piero di Cosimo in 1500–1505 for the Tedaldi chapel of the Santissima Annunziata, church of the Servite friars.
