Buddha Sheltered by the Naga – with a post-Angkorian Buddha – Angkor National Museum, Siem Reap

A Bayon-style Buddha sheltered by the naga, of the late 12th–early 13th century, displayed beside a post-Angkorian Buddha of the 16th–17th century. Both come from Angkor Wat, which became a Theravada Buddhist sanctuary.
