The angel Gabriel greets the Virgin before a tall Renaissance building, while God the Father appears among angels in the sky above. Painted in oil in 1522–1524 by Timoteo Viti of Urbino with Giuliano Presutti of Fano, it is in the Vatican Pinacoteca.
