Panels of black-and-white photographs show the ruins of the Fountain Courtyard, the Antiquarium and the Grotto Courtyard after the bombing of 1944, alongside views of the palace before the war. Largely destroyed in the Second World War, the Residenz was rebuilt over the following decades; these rooms were restored by 1958.
