Toledo, Spain
Toledo, on a rocky hill surrounded on three sides by the Tagus, was the capital of Visigothic Spain and a city where Christian, Muslim and Jewish cultures coexisted. Its old town, with the Gothic cathedral and the Alcázar, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Photos taken in 2002.
