Gravel paths wind between curving dry-stone walls set with ceramics: a long mosaic wall, a tower dotted with ceramic discs, a round mosaic on the ground, a giant bronze head on a wall and fountains spouting from ceramic masks into pools. Joan Miró filled the Labyrinth of the Maeght Foundation with sculptures and ceramics made from 1963 with Josep Llorens Artigas, creating a garden of signs and fantastic creatures.
