Mullioned windows and tall carved dormers line the façade above the rock, with a turret at the left end. Built between the late 14th and late 15th centuries, the residence hosted the kings from Charles VII to Francis I and is linked with Joan of Arc, Agnès Sorel and Anne of Brittany.
