Calvi, Corsica, France
Calvi, in the north-west of Corsica, is a port town dominated by its Genoese citadel on a rocky promontory, overlooking a long sandy bay backed by mountains. According to legend, Christopher Columbus was born here. Photos taken over several visits between 2006 and 2023.
