Helsingør, known in English as Elsinore, lies at the narrowest point of the Øresund, facing Helsingborg in Sweden. It is famous for Kronborg Castle, the setting of Shakespeare's Hamlet and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Photos taken in 2004.
