Green brocatelle walls, a tiled stove, a French marquetry commode and Italian and Flemish religious paintings fill the first room of the duke's state apartments. The ceiling was decorated by Johann Michael Graff's team in the 1760s, and the parquet of the same period was restored in 1986.
